Payment Terms

Neurotone and Partner agree to the following:

Subscription Fee: Partner agrees to a monthly subscription fee of $999, which covers unlimited software licenses, a rebranded patient app, patient materials and support, and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is based on the number of office locations and Providers employed by the Partner. The base Subscription Fee includes service for up to 3 Providers and up to 2 Clinic Locations.

Providers are defined as any individual certified to fit and/or dispense hearing aids, including but not limited to audiologists, hearing aid dispensers, and hearing instrument specialists. Partner agrees to add all hearing care Providers to the Pro Portal.

Additional Providers and Clinic Locations: For each Provider or Clinic Location beyond those included with the Subscription Fee, Partner agrees to an additional fee of $399 per month. Partner can provision additional Providers and Clinic Locations using Neurotone's software. Corresponding billing adjustments will be applied automatically and prorated for the current month.
